Painted and sealed
Designed and built a removable attic access panel to simplify maintenance and provide access for future network cabling. The opening is supported by two parallel 2x4s, while the removable drywall panel rests on custom trim and lifts out when needed. The panel is insulated with two laminated 1-inch rigid foam boards, textured, painted, and sealed with foam tape for improved air sealing.
